Al & Elizabeth lived in Europe for over two decades, most recently in Madrid, Spain. They began working with Barnabas in 2019, and in February 2024, they changed their base in order to continue their work with Barnabas out of Dallas, Texas. Al launched and leads the Barnabas Organizational Consulting Team, on which Elizabeth also serves, to help mission organizations, teams, and networks better care for their staff. They both focus on providing pastoral care, debriefing, spiritual formation, leader development, mediation, and team building for global workers. They are convinced that investing in the health and development of God’s servants directly influences their resilience, impact, and longevity on the field.
